Deadline for hotel reservations: July 15, 2011

After this date, any reservation requests received are subject to room availability and can not be guaranteed by the Organisers.

Hotel rooms at special Congress rates are being held for congress participants and their families in various hotels of different categories all over Paris.

You can submit your reservation request in the two following ways:

• by secure online registration and payment
(all payment methods are accepted: check, bank transfer or credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD)

• by fax or post: in this case, the hardcopy registration form (downloadable from the Congress website) needs to be completed and sent to the Congress Office accompanied by your payment.

• Reservation per phone will not be processed.

• 2 nights of deposit must be prepaid in advance. 2 nights of deposit will be charged upon reservation and will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill at check out.

• Upon receipt of your hotel reservation request, MCI will mail you an invoice/confirmation letter summarizing accommodation details and specifying payment status.

• In case of late arrival or later arrival date, please inform the congress office as soon as possible to avoid the cancellation of the entire reservation by the hotel.

Room rates

All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the Congress. Cancellation conditions for hotel reservation (for individual reservations) All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e.mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions: Cancellation policy for hotel reservation and refund All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or email) to the Congress Secretariat according to the following conditions:

• Up to May 27, 2011: refund less handling fee of Euros 20.

• Cancellations between May 28 and July 15, 2011: 50% of the deposit will be withheld.

• From July 15, 2011: no refund of the full deposit payment.

Refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the Congress.
